Paid in full
Your medical insurer pays all of our fee in line with their schedule of benefits. You will not usually receive a separate invoice from us.
Our fees
Fees for anaesthetic services can be settled in different ways, depending on how your treatment is funded. The information below provides an overview of the main arrangements.
In broad terms, anaesthetic fees are settled in one of the following ways:
Your medical insurer pays all of our fee in line with their schedule of benefits. You will not usually receive a separate invoice from us.
Your insurer may only cover part of our fee. Any remaining balance (a shortfall) is payable by you.
When you purchase a self-pay or fixed-price package, our anaesthetic fees are usually included within the total hospital price.
If you have been told there may be a shortfall, or are unsure how fees will be settled, please contact us and we can help clarify the position.
